Surah al Ikhlas - Love of
Anas (radi Allahu anhu) mentioned that a man said to the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam), "I really love this surah." The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) replied, "And your love for it will enable you to enter Paradise." [Tirmidhi]
A person's love for Surah Ikhlas symbolizes his/her love of Allah (subhana wa ta'ala) and His uniqueness. This surah affirms Allah's Oneness, and shows the true understanding of the Mighty Creator, who neither shares His power with anybody nor stands in need of anything.
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (radi Allahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said about Surah Ikhlas, "By Him in Whose hand my soul is, it is equal to one third of the Quran!" [Sahih Bukhari]
