Aisha and Abu Bakr
It was narrated that Anas (radi Allahu anhu) said: "It was asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, which of the people is most beloved to you?' He said, 'Aisha.' It was asked, 'And among men?' He said, 'Her father.'" [Ibn Majah - graded Sahih; Tirmidhi]
This hadith clearly affirms the superior position of both Abu Bakr (radi Allahu anhu) and Aisha (radi Allahu anha). Both Abu Bakr and Aisha were extremely beloved to the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam). Therefore, anyone who loves them would be loved by the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam), while he who harbours hostility or enmity towards them would deserve the displeasure of the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) and Allah (subhana wa ta'ala).
