Ants Glorify Allah

Even Ants glorify Allah. Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi Allah Anhu): I heard Allah's Messenger saying, . "An ant bit a Prophet amongst the Prophets, and he ordered that the place of ants be burnt. . So, Allah inspired to him, It is because one ant bit you that you burnt a nation amongst the nations of that glorify Allah?' " Sahih Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 54, Number 536

Nothing will harm him/her

'Uthman bin 'Affan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.W) said, "He who recites three times every morning and evening: 'Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'as-mihi shai'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim (In the Name of Allah with Whose Name there is protection against every kind of harm in the earth or in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing and All- Knowing),' nothing will harm him." Abu Dawud and At- Tirmidhi

Innovation in Islam (Bid'ah)

“I urge you to follow my Sunnah and the way of the rightly-guided khaleefahs after me; adhere to it and cling to it firmly. Beware of newly-invented things, for every newly-invented thing is an innovation (bid’ah) and every innovation is a going-astray.” (Tirmidhi, Hadith 2676) The Qur’an commands us to follow the laws of Allaah and His Messenger, and it prohibits on introducing innovations into the religion very clearly. Hence we Muslims should revive the Sunnah and put an end to every bid’ah (innovation); we should not do any action until we know the ruling of Allaah concerning it. We see many people who invent many bid'ah in Islaam & claim that they love the Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam). Undoubtedly loving the Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) is obligatory for every Muslim; he should love him more than he loves himself, his child, his father and all the people, but that does not mean that we should introduce innovations for doing so that have not been

You will follow the wrong ways

Narrated Abu Sa`id:The Prophet (S.A.W.W) said, "You will follow the wrong ways, of your predecessors so completely and literally that if they should go into the hole of a mastigure, you too will go there." We said, "O Allah's Messenger (S.A.W.W)! Do you mean the Jews and the Christians?" He replied, "Whom else?" (Meaning, of course, the Jews and the Christians.) [Sahih al-Bukhari » Book of Prophets » Hadith#3456]

Khadeeja's Friends

Aisha (radi Allahu anha) narrated: "I was not jealous of any wife of the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) as I was jealous of Khadeeja (radi Allahu anha), and it was not because I saw her. It was only because the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) mentioned her so much, and because whenever he would slaughter a sheep, he would look for Khadeeja's friends to gift them some of it." [Jami At-Tirmidhi - graded sahih] If a person keeps good relations with another due to a common relative or friend, he/she should continue these relations even after the death of the person in common. Thus, one should give the relatives and friends of one’s expired spouse, parents, etc., the same consideration they used to during their lifetime. This is consistency in behaviour and constancy in character.

Difficult Ascent

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: "In front of you is a difficult ascent (climb), which those who are heavily laden cannot get over." [Mishkat al-Masabih] Ever tried to bike up a steep mountain, or even hike to the top of one? Now add to your own weight three very heavy back-packs. The climb will become practically impossible. The more baggage you carry with you the more difficult it becomes to get to the top. Battling Shaytan to stay on the right path and please Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) who has prepared Jannat for us, is itself a very difficult job, like a tough climb. When you add to it the baggage of this world, it becomes harder. The older you get the more strings get attached to you; wealth that you are afraid to lose, position in society that you do not want compromised, relatives whose displeasure you do not wish to invoke... That is why the first people to convert to Islam, or the religions brought by other Prophets, were the youth and the poor. They
